Ben Boches

Pharmacist in Charge

Ben received his Pharmacy BS degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 1989.  He started his career with Giant Food Inc. After 13 years as Pharmacy Manager with Giant, he decided to work for a company with a national presence and chose Kmart Pharmacy.  He served as Pharmacy Manager with Kmart for 9 years.  In 2012, he went to work with Walmart as Pharmacy Manager.  Then in 2014, he helped develop and manage an independent compounding pharmacy in Germantown, Maryland.  During this time, he also served as a consultant helping other independent pharmacies obtain proper licenses, permits and supplies necessary to open.  In November, 2014 Ben moved to Florida to work as Pharmacist In Charge for ASPcares.   He has helped in making ASPcares a national presence by working to become licensed in all 50 states.  Ben is married, has 3 children and lives in Cooper City, FL.


Cynthia Jean

Clinical Pharmacist

Dr. Cynthia Jean, PharmD  hails from the New York/New Jersey area.   Her love of sciences led her to pursue a career in pharmacy.  She is a graduate from Gregory School of Pharmacy at Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Along with her knowledge of medicine, Cynthia also loves to write and has used her literary talent by serving as a health columnist for several years. In her role as  Clinical Pharmacist for ASP Cares, Cynthia is able to merge her talents as a pharmacist and a writer where she provides MTM Management services to her patients, creates patient education programs, collaborates with medical teams to enhance patient care, and contributes to continuing education forums for her colleagues.

Andrew Lyons

Director of Business Development

Andrew grew up in a suburb of Chicago and graduated in 2003 from Purdue University. After 10 years in the operating room selling for Stryker and Novadaq, he realized an interest for marketing, which brought him to ASPcares. Andrew lives in Estero, FL with his wife and 2 (soon to be 3) kids.
